We support a Voice to Parliament

We listen together, we learn together and we say yes together.

Our team is united by the motivation and drive to create communities that are fair, just and equitable. Walking forward together is core to our philosophy, we engage people and organisations to find common ground and build social value.

We cannot do this without being guided by First Nations people, whose knowledge of land and country enriches and enlivens our collective lives, communities, organisations, environments, and economies.

The referendum asks a simple question; A Proposed Law: to alter the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice. Do you approve this proposed alteration?

This is an opportunity we cannot take lightly. By taking the time to listen, learn, and think, we’ve concluded that a Voice to Parliament will allow us to be better informed by First Nations people, in turn creating opportunities for more meaningful, effective strategies to close the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Learning more about First Nations peoples, language and culture is not an obligation, but an ongoing journey we are all privileged to be walking. Through deep engagement with First Nations people across our projects our work is better, our engagement is more meaningful and our team is stronger for it.

Our vision for reconciliation is that through our work, people’s hearts will be compelled to seek and commit to fair and truthful relationships with First Nations people.

We have a unique, exciting opportunity just in reach of grasp. It’s a hand outstretched to walk together towards a future that embraces First Nations culture proudly, in a country where everyone’s voice is equal.

We’re saying yes together.
