Project	GP Superclinics
Client	Department of Health (Health Reform Implementation Taskforce)
Challenge	To facilitate and report on the community consultations regarding the introduction of GP Superclinics in Midland and Wanneroo.
Our Role	Working closely with the Department of Health, we: Designed invitations for the Department of Health to invite key community representatives and stakeholders to the community consultations; Designed the process of interacting with the community, which encouraged a great deal of positive input; Designed an information collection method; Facilitated two community consultations - one in Midland and one in Wanneroo - in the form of a dialogue café; Prepared two consultation reports outlining the outcomes of the community consultations.
Outcome	The community’s views and input into the formation of GP Super Clinics in Wanneroo and Midland has been incorporated in the decision-making process.
