City of Cockburn Strategic Planning

City of Cockburn

Challenge

To undertake visioning and strategic planning with councillors to refocus the direction and re-establish the priorities of the City of Cockburn.

Our Role

Creating Communities facilitated an intensive one-and-a-half day vision workshop with councillors.

By the end of the workshop there was greater clarity in the vision, a mission statement, guiding principles (values) and role of the Council.
