Based in Port Hedland and experienced in anthropology, community development, and project management Soren works as Creating Communities’ North West Manager. His knowledge of the not-for-profit and Native Title sectors is extensive having worked with Oxfam and designed, conducted and managed anthropological fieldwork projects for four Victorian based native title claim groups.
His role has seen him work on projects involving social research, strategic planning, community development planning and delivery, activations and communications for resource companies, government agencies and community groups. He has built close relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, Indigenous communities and Indigenous Community Liaison Officers.
